REFORMER TECHNIQUE55 MIN
This class is ideal for those new to Pilates, or for those looking to refine the intricacies of their Pilates skills, technique and form. Strengthen, lengthen and tone your body with an intentional focus on the Pilates principles & fundamentals. Dynamic movements will teach you breath, balance, coordination, concentration, centering, control, flow & precision. You will learn the why’s, how's, & the intentions of each exercise that will enhance your experience in all other workouts as well as your everyday life.

This full-body workout consists of smooth, continuous, and controlled movements that will make you sweat, shake, & burn! Our Reformer Strength class is challenging and unlike any other workout you've ever experienced. We plank, pulse, lunge, jump, laugh, sweat & constantly provide you with fun, unique and intense exercises to make you longer & stronger. This heart pumping, muscle-quivering workout combines both classical & contemporary variations to improve strength, power, agility, & flexibility, all performed to beat dropping music on our beautiful A2 reformers. *Previous Reformer experience is recommended (but not required)
REFORMER LENGTH55 MIN
The Reformer Length class covers a foundational repertoire of exercises and stretches focused on teaching key principles through detailed instruction. This class is taught at a slower pace as there is a strong emphasis on proper form, technique and execution throughout the session. You can expect to leave a class feeling “worked” yet relaxed. Using spring-loaded resistance the Reformer helps to strengthen, lengthen, and work the body differently than in a Pilates mat class. The Reformer is known to change the shape of your body by working the muscles in an elongated state, creating a long & lean look without building bulk, while further challenging your coordination, strengthening your core, enhancing flexibility and delivering a unique full body workout regime.
Looking to build speed and power? Need to work through knee and ankle issues? Just want to sweat it out & free your mind? Then our 30 minute JUMP class is for you! The jumpboard takes gravity out of the equation for less stress on the joints. It’s a great low impact alternative for a cardio workout while strengthening and stabilizing too! This fast paced interval style of training will have your heart pumping within minutes of jumping! You will achieve remarkable results from participating in these classes on a regular basis - increased stamina and endurance, leg strength and tone, calories burned, and great core strength. *If you suffer from knee or back discomfort, please speak to a trainer prior to your first class.

This class focuses on preparing mothers for the transformative and powerful experience of childbirth. The Movement will combine gentle stretches and deep releases to relieve the discomforts associated with pregnancy, as well as help to develop muscle strength, endurance and breathing. Pilates is appropriate for all stages of pregnancy and will help you maintain a strong body and pelvic floor, good posture to support your changing body and allow for quick recovery post-birth.
Essentrics strengthens and stretches every muscle in the body eccentrically, rebalancing the muscular structure in continuous rotational movements. The basis of the workout is a dynamic combination of strength and flexibility exercises, designed to pull apart the joints by elongating the muscles and challenging them in the lengthened position. Essentrics draws on the flowing movements of tai chi which create health and balance, the strengthening theories behind ballet which create long, lean, flexible muscles and the healing principles of physiotherapy which create a pain free body. For athletes, Essentrics is everything stretching promised but couldn’t deliver. The purpose of this program is to stretch, strengthen and rebalance the full muscular structure leaving you more flexible and agile. Essentrics prepares the muscles and tendons to both withstand the maximum demands of your sport and to rebound injury-free from unexpected twists, turns and stresses. First we get bendy, then we get sweaty... class begins with a dynamic essentrics warm-up followed by a challenging TRX workout focused on form, function & FUN! Using bodyweight exercises to get the blood flowing, TRX spikes the heart rate helping you sweat out the toxins! We finish the class with a guided stretch focusing on recovery, flexibility and relieving tension in the body.
